Simag S.r.l. was established in 2010, as a natural evolution of the company R.G.M. sas, founded in 2002 by 2 of the current partners (Mrs. Marchis and Geppetti), who have been involved in the assembly and overhaul of machine tools for 24 years (first as employees and then as self-employed entrepreneurs); in this new corporate structure, the social composition is completed with the presence of Mr. Addondi.

Our facility has a production area of ​​1,500 m2 uncovered + 1,200 m2 covered, equipped with a 10 Ton overhead crane. Technical assistance has 3 vans equipped for customer service.

SIMAG TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON SITE

Simag S.r.l. is able to provide technical assistance and spare parts on a wide range of machine tools from different manufacturers. Grinding machines, gear cutters, milling machines, lathes and more, both traditional and CN. The activities are the following:

  • Technical assistance at customer premises
  • Dismantling of groups by the customer and overhaul at our workshop
  • Restoring the geometry of the machinery
  • Machine status checks with Ballbar test
  • Preventive and scheduled maintenance
  • Securing machinery

Programming courses and technological courses regarding processes, materials and tools

Our long experience allows us to quickly identify the problem already on the phone and to intervene promptly, thanks also to the immediate availability of spare parts in our warehouse.
